Artículo primero. Auxiliase la obra social que vienen realizando las Hermanas Vicentinas, en Bogotá, (calle 22-C, número 26-35), con la cantidad de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) moneda corriente, la cual se pagará al Síndico o Tesorero de dicha Comunidad Religiosa, previo el cumplimiento de las normas legales y de régimen fiscal pertinente.
