Las autoridades sanitarias del orden regional o municipal podrán expedir el carné de manipulador de alimentos, cuando el solicitante reúna los siguientes requisitos

Resultados bacteriológicos negativos para los exámenes de secreciones nosofaringeas en cuanto a estafilococos aureus, estreptococos beta hemolítico y difteria;

Coprocultivo negativo para salmonela y sihlgela sp.;

Certificado general de salud, expedido por un médico legalmente registrado.

Parágrafo

La autoridad sanitaria competente podrá exigir exámenes destinados a complementar o adicionar los señalados en el presente artículo.
