SERVICIO MÉDICO - ASISTENCIAL PARA FAMILIARES DE FALLECIDOS EN GOCE DE ASIGNACIÓN DE RETIRO O PENSIÓN. Para la prestación de los servicios asistenciales a los beneficiarios de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 174 del Decreto 2062 de 1984 regirán las mismas normas consagradas en los artículos 70 a 74 del presente Decreto. La expedición de carnés de identidad estará a cargo de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional o de la Dirección General de la Policía, según se trate de pensiones pagaderas por la citada Caja o por el Tesoro Público.
