La Policía Nacional destinará permanentemente por lo menos dos detectives especializados a cada uno de los Juzgados Nacionales de Instrucción Criminal, de Policía y Permanentes que funcionen en la capital de la República y atenderá preferentemente las solicitudes que le sean formuladas por los Juzgados Nacionales de Instrucción que funcionen fuera de Bogotá, para el envío de los detectives que deban colaborar en las investigaciones especiales.
