Excluir a partir de la fecha los municipios de Villavicencio-Meta, Florencia-Caquetá e Icononzo-Tolima, del artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 1254 del 10 de julio de 1999 relacionado con la restricción de la locomoción de personas y vehículos por vía terrestre o fluvial, desde y hasta sus municipios entre las 18:00 horas de cada día hasta las 06:00 horas del día siguiente.
