Vencimiento del término de duración Cuando la disolución provenga del vencimiento del término de duración de la entidad empresarial, el corte del estado de inventario deberá corresponder al mes en el cual expiró la fecha de duración de la misma32, en los demás casos, el mes en el cual quede inscrita en el registro mercantil el acta o documento contentivo de la disolución del ente económico, consultar Circular Básica Jurídica.
