ARTICULO 31 . OBLIGACIONES DEL BENEFICIARIO. Todo beneficiario de una Licencia Ambiental, asume la responsabilidad por los perjuicios derivados por el incumplimiento de los términos, requisitos, condiciones, exigencias y obligaciones señalados en la Licencia Ambiental. Cuando por causa plenamente justificada, el beneficiario de la Licencia Ambiental, prevea el incumplimiento de los términos, requisitos, condiciones, exigencias u obligaciones señaladas en el acto de otorgamiento de esta, deberá informar a la autoridad ambiental competente.
