Decreto 1151 de 2008 · por el cual se establecen los lineamientos generales de la Estrategia de Gobierno en Línea de la República de Colombia, se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 962 de 2005, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º . Ambito de Aplicación. Las disposiciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto son de obligatorio cumplimiento para las entidades que conforman la Administración Pública, en los términos de los artículos 2º de la Ley 962 de 2005 y 39 de la Ley 489 de 1998.

Parágrafo

Los demás organismos y Ramas del Estado, seguirán los lineamientos señalados en el presente decreto de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 209 de la Constitución Política y el artículo 6º de la Ley 489 de 1998, con el fin de garantizar la armonía y articulación en el desarrollo de la Estrategia de Gobierno en Línea.
