Art. único. Corroborase la resolución de agosto de 1802, dictada por el presidente provisorio de los litados Unidos de Colombia, supremo director de la guerra, que declaró insubsistente el decreto de 7 de junio de 1862 sobre acción distinguida de valor ejecutada por el batallón número 10 en el sitio de "Venadillo." En consecuencia, el mencionado decreto quedó sin efecto alguno en lo que dice relación u luchas posteriores a 31 de agosto de 1862.
