La Corporación tendrá derecho a: a). El díez por ciento (10%) de las sumas que le correspondan a la Nación por concepto de regalías, cánones o beneficios provenientes de la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables que se adelanten en el área de jurisdicción. Se exceptúa la explotación carbonífera; b). El porcentaje del impuesto de que trata el artículo 4º de la Ley 61 de 1979 contemplado en el artículo anterior.
