El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, los artículos 14, 15 y 16 del Decreto 259 de 1981, el artículo 4° del Decreto 897 de 1981 y las Resoluciones 222 de 1995 y 0082 de 1998. Las demás disposiciones de los Decretos 259 y 897 de 1981 continuarán vigentes.
