Notificación. La notificación a que se refieren los artículos 22, 26, 27, 91 y 95 de la Decisión 344 y la de los requerimientos efectuados en aplicación del artículo 12 del Código Contencioso Administrativo, se surtirá mediante estado que contendrá

Tipo de trámite;

Número del expediente; e) Número del auto; d) Nombre del solicitante y del apoderado, si fuere el caso; e) La fecha del estado y la firma del funcionario designado para el efecto. El gestado se fijará en un lugar visible atención al público de la entidad y permanecerá allí fijado durante las horas hábiles de servicio del respectivo día.
