El que destruya, suprima u oculte, total o parcialmente un documento privado que pueda servir de prueba, incurrirá en prisión de dieciséis (16) a ciento ocho(108) meses.

NOTA: Penas aumentadas por el artículo 14 de la ley 890 de 2004. (Vigencia desde el 1° de enero de 2005)
