Asistencia de Jefes de Personal. Cuando las Juntas Asesoras deban estudiar ascensos, retiros, llamamientos a cursos o al servicio u otros movimientos de personal, el Ministro de Defensa podrá invitar a los Jefes de Personal de las respectivas Fuerzas o de la Policía, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
