5.4.5.2.1. Certificados fiduciarios con subyacente agropecuario, agroindustrial o de otros commodities. Los certificados fiduciarios emitidos con cargo a patrimonios autónomos conformados con productos agropecuarios, agroindustriales u otros commodities de conformidad con lo previsto en el presente decreto, podrán ser negociados por conducto de los intermediarios que actúen en las bolsas de productos agropecuarios, agroindustriales o de otros commodities, y tendrán la calidad de valor. NOTA : Esta disposición fue reubicada desde el artículo 5.4.5.2.1 y modificada en este lugar, de conformidad con el artículo 97 del decreto 1745 del 2020.
