Parágrafo 2

del artículo 3º del Decreto 2816 del 22 de agosto de 2006, quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Las responsabilidades frente al Programa de Protección a cargo del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, se irán reduciendo gradualmente en la medida en que se vayan cumpliendo las distintas etapas del proceso de traslado del mismo hasta su finalización, el 30 de diciembre de 2009. Igualmente, se irá disminuyendo en forma gradual el cupo de escoltas contratados por el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad hasta la finalización de dicho proceso.
