Aplicar una medida de salvaguardia en la forma de gravamen arancelario adicional de 32 puntos porcentuales, a las importaciones de las cadenas eslabonadas, pulidas o galvanizadas clasificadas por la subpartida arancelaria 73.15.82.00.00, originadas de la República Popular de China, correspondientes a los siguientes calibres: 1/8 de pulgada, 5/32 de pulgada, 3/16 de pulgada, 1/4 de pulgada, 5/16 de pulgada, 11/32 de pulgada, 3/8 de pulgada y 1/2 pulgada o su equivalente en milímetros.
