La presente Ley reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de enfermería, define la naturaleza y el propósito de la profesión, determina el ámbito del ejercicio profesional, desarrolla los principios que la rigen, determina sus entes rectores de dirección, organización, acreditación y control del ejercicio profesional y las obligaciones y derechos que se derivan de su aplicación.
