Art 23. El administrador gozará una remuneración del dos al cinco por ciento del producto de las cosas comunes que administre, a juicio de la Junta general de comuneros, o del Juez en caso de que la Junta no hiciere la asignación; y si las cosas comunes se usaren por los mismos comuneros, el Administrador tendrá derecho al uso de una parte de la cosa, cuyo producto sea equivalente al tanto por ciento que le corresponde.
