No se entenderá cumplida la obligación de presentar la relación anual de retenciones, de que trata el articulo anterior, si esta no contiene la información allí solicitada respecto de la totalidad de conceptos sobre los cuales las normas vigentes exigen efectuar retención en la fuente, debidamente acompañada de la copia o fotocopia de los respectivos recibos de consignación.
