Las partidas de que trata el artículo anterior serán entregadas a la Gobernación del Departamento de Antioquia, previa presentación por ésta de los planos, presupuestos 'y demás requisitos de la Ley 71 de 1946 , en relación con cada una de las obras a que el mismo se refiere.
