Art. 10. La Junta organizada en la ciudad de Mompos con el objeto de emprender las obras necesarias para desviar hacia el brazuelo de Quimbai las aguas del Magdalena, podrá autorizar la ejecución de aquellos trabajos que con tal fin estime conveniente.
