Artículo primero. Aclárase el Decreto número 2668 de octubre 26 de 1964, por el cual se designó al doctor Fernando Sanz Manrique como "Jefe de la División de Política de Exportaciones de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior", en el sentido de que el nombre del cargo es el de "Jefe de la División de Fomento de las Exportaciones de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior", de acuerdo con el Decreto número 1733 de 1964.
