El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha en que sea publicado el decreto que adopte la planta de personal necesario para que las dependencias del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, a las cuales se les asignan funciones, puedan desarrollarlas a cabalidad, y modifica las normas que le sean contrarias.
