Ámbito de aplicación . La evaluación de que trata la presente Sección, que tendrá carácter diagnóstica formativa, será aplicada a los docentes, directivos docentes y orientadores inscritos en el Escalafón que regula el Decreto-ley 1278 de 2002, que habiendo participado en alguna de las evaluaciones de competencias desarrolladas entre los años 2010 y 2014 no lograron el ascenso o la reubicación salarial en cualquiera de los grados del Escalafón Docente.
