º. La Dirección Administrativa, Presupuestal y técnica de los Fondos Rotatorios estará a cargo de una Junta Consultiva y de un Director General. La Junta Consultiva estará integrada por: El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Armadas El Jefe del Cuartel Maestre General El Director del Servicio de Material de Guerra; y Los Comandantes de Arma o los respectivos Jefes del Servicio en representación de aquellos El Director General de los Fondos Rotatorios será el Cuartel Maestre del Comando General de las Fuerzas Armadas.
