El Gobierno proporcionará a la Academia local para sus reuniones de instalación de su biblioteca, gabinetes y laboratorios, y de acuerdo con las Gobernaciones de los Departamentos dispondrá lo necesario para la instalación y ejercicio de los centros correspondientes que la Academia establezca en las capitales y otros lugares importantes.
