Los peritos tomarán posesión de su cargo ante el Juez de la causa o comisionado suyo, si fuere necesario, prometiendo desempeñarlo en el menor tiempo posible y fielmente. En la diligencia se hará constar que quedan advertidos de que son responsables de los perjuicios que causen por su culpa o dolo.
