ARTICULO 17. El último inciso del artículo 322 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, modificado por el artículo 59 del Decreto 755 de 1990, quedará así: “El término para resolver el recurso en este caso, se contará a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la providencia que ordena dar trámite al recurso”.
