Artículo único. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio podrá negar los permisos para la importación de materiales de propagación de plantas, a que se refiere el artículo 6° del Decreto número 1128 de 1931, cuando, a juicio del Jefe de Sanidad Vegetal del Departamento de Agricultura, sea inconveniente dicha introducción o tránsito a determinadas regiones del país, atendido el estado sanitario de ellas y el peligo que ofrezca aquel material para los cultivos existentes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
