Calificación por solicitud del empleado . El empleado de carrera afectado en sus derechos por la omisión del superior inmediato en calificar oportunamente sus servicios, le solicitará a éste que lo haga. Si no es atendida su petición acudirá ante el respectivo superior jerárquico de aquél. El término para calificar no podrá exceder de los tres (3) días posteriores a la solicitud.
