Los Fondos Ganaderos podrán readquirir sus propias acciones cuando se trate de prevenir pérdidas por deudas contraídas de buena fe, con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva, en todo caso dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la readquisición, deberán proceder a enajenarlas o a disminuir su capital nominal.

Así mismo podrán readquirir sus propias acciones, si así lo disponen la Asamblea de Accionistas con el voto favorable de no menos del 70% de las acciones representadas en la reunión.
