ARTICULO 3.3.5.3.- REUNION DE JUNTA. Las Juntas Directivas de las sociedades comisionistas deberán reunirse en forma ordinaria por lo menos una vez al mes, para lo cual deberán efectuar los correspondientes ajustes a sus estatutos.
