El Alcalde del Distrito Especial y los Alcaldes Municipales notificaran las disposiciones del artículo 1° de la Ley 2ª de 1960 y los artículos 2° y 7° de este Decreto a todas las personas o establecimientos a quienes se refieran dichas normas. Los interesados tendrán un término de sesenta (60) días a partir de la fecha de la comunicación respectiva, para comprobar que las denominaciones que usan se hallan excepciones establecidas en el artículo 3° de este Decreto.
