Las resoluciones sobre inscripción de veteranos en el Escalafón respectivo requieren el voto favorable de la mayoría de los miembros de la Comisión, y las copias que se expidan deberán ser firmadas por el Presidente y el Secretario de la misma. Toda inscripción que se decrete se hará constar en acta suscrita por los miembros de la Comisión y el Secretario.
