Transitorio . Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales que en la actualidad prestan sus servicios al Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, en liquidación, continuarán haciéndolo hasta tanto sea aprobada la nueva planta de personal y devengarán el salario que les corresponde en la actualidad, hasta el día en que tomen posesión del cargo en la nueva planta antes aludida, en el evento de que sean incorporados.
