Con las copias de los documentos a que se refiere el artículo 4º de este Decreto y con todos los documentos, copias, recibos, informes, etc., que se reciban en la Dirección General de Minas sobre las minas matriculadas e incluidas en el catastro de la propiedad minera, se formará un expediente para cada una de ellas, que al fin de cada año y debidamente empastado se conservará en el archivo.
