Autorízase al Municipio de Bello, Departamento de Antioquia, para destinar al funcionamiento del Liceo Departamental "Fernando Vélez", el local donde actualmente presta servicios el Centro Higiénico, cedido por la Nación a tal Municipio por medio de la Ley 109 de 1960 . Parágrafo. El Municipio de Bello continúa comprometido a costear los servicios hospitalarios que sean necesarios de acuerdo con el espíritu de la Ley citada anteriormente.
