° Pagado el dividendo mínimo preferencial determinado en los estatutos, y a menos que la asamblea disponga la constitución de reservas, se decretará a favor de los accionistas ordinarios un dividendo que no podrá ser superior a aquél que se haya liquidado a favor de los titulares de acciones sin derecho de voto. Si quedaren utilidades se podrá decretar un dividendo igual para todos los accionistas.
