Art. 172. Los factores, administradores, estanqueros i estanquilleros declararán de contrabando i pondrán a la venta el tabaco que aprehendan, o que se les presente aprehendido sin guía, o sin la boleta de que habla el articulo anterior, i procederán conforma a lo que dispone el articulo 53 de la lei.
