ARTICULO 116 . OTRAS ATRIBUCIONES. Cuando se produzcan cambios en la denominación de los organismos o dependencias, el Director General de la Policía Nacional, mediante resolución, fijará la atribución disciplinaria conforme a las pautas establecidas en el presente decreto, siempre que la norma que disponga el cambio o denominación no la contemple.
