Nombramiento y remuneración de Profesores. El nombramiento de Profesares Militares titulados o no para ejercer la cátedra en Institutos de Formación y Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares, se hará en todos los casos por Resolución del Ministerio de Defensa, en base a solicitud del Comando General o de los Comandos de Fuerza.

Parágrafo

Los Profesores Militares nombrados en la forma establecida en este artículo, tendrán derecho a que se les pague por cada hora de clase remunerable, de acuerdo con los limites y condiciones que se fijen en los artículos 139 a 141 de este decreto, la suma que determine periódicamente el Ministerio de Defensa para las diferentes categorías.
