Oscilación de asignaciones de retiro y pensiones. Las asignaciones de retiro y las pensiones de que trata el presente Decreto, se liquidarán tomando en cuenta las variaciones que en tiempo se introduzcan en las asignaciones de actividad para un Agente y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 55 de este Decreto. Los Agentes o sus beneficiarios, no podrán acogerse alas normas que regulen ajustes prestaciones en otros sectores de la Administración Pública a menos que así lo disponga expresamente la ley.
