FECHA DE LOS ASCENSOS. Los ascensos de los Oficiales se producirán solamente en los meses de junio y diciembre y los de los Suboficiales en los meses de marzo y septiembre de cada año. Las disposiciones que confieren el primer grado dentro de la jerarquía respectiva podrán dictarse en cualquier tiempo.
