Artículo primero. Apruébanse los Estatutos del Instituto Nacional de Provisión (INALPRO), adoptados por su Junta Directiva en acuerdo numero 2 de 1969, y cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 2 DE 1969 Por el cual se adoptan los Estatutos del Instituto Nacional de Provisiones (INALPRO). La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Provisiones, en uso de las facultades que le confiere el Decreto-Ley número 2370 de 1968, ACUERDA: CAPITULO I Naturaleza, objetivos, funciones y domicilio.
