°. Interventoría en Asistencia Humanitaria. Cuando se contrate la entrega de alimentos, artículos de cocina, aseo personal y otros menajes, pagos de arrendamiento y/o alojamiento, será responsabilidad de la entidad receptora la contratación de la Interventoría, cuyo costo no podrá superar el 5% del valor del contrato respectivo con el operador, incluido el IVA, y los demás impuestos que se causen con ocasión de la celebración del respectivo contrato.
