En caso de suicidio o muerte violenta de un recluso, o cuando se comete dentro del Establecimiento cualquier delito, el vigilante dará cuenta al Director, quien está obligado a solicitar la intervención de la respectiva autoridad o funcionarios de instrucción de acuerdo con lo que el particular establece el código procesal penal.
