VARIACIONES PORCENTUALES DEL INDICE DE PRECIOS AL CONSUMIDOR -VIPC- Los valores de las VIPC m , donde m es un mes calendario genérico, hasta agosto de 1995, son: A partir de septiembre de 1995 las VIPC m serán las que certifique el DANE para cada mes. El DANE hará llegar mensualmente a todas las entidades que tengan necesidad de utilizar este decreto, y que se hayan inscrito ante él, una certificación respecto a la VIPC del mes inmediatamente anterior. Las VIPC que fueron utilizadas para el cálculo de bonos emitidos, no serán modificadas por el emisor aunque sean modificadas posteriormente por el DANE.
