LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo quinto. La Caja Colombiana de Ahorros de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, la Caja de Ahorros del Círculo de Obreros y las Cajas y Secciones de Ahorros de los Bancos Comerciales, reconocerán sobre los saldos mínimos trimestrales de los depósitos de ahorro comunes y a término, un interés no inferior al 8 por ciento anual y no superior al 8.5 por ciento anual.
