Las disposiciones de esta ley se hacen extensivas a las convenciones que se hayan ajustado entre empresas particulares y sus empleados y también a las que se hayan ajustado o se ajusten posteriormente entre empresas particulares y sus obreros con reconocimiento de la prestación social del auxilio de cesantía.
